How do these bundles work?

Our bundles combine a number of useful property maintenance services into a single annual payment.

The services vary depending on the bundle you choose. The basic Residential Bundle includes an annual boiler service and house MOT.

Each bundle is targeted towards different types of customer. The Residential bundle is designed for individuals or families wanting to look after their home. The Landlord bundle is designed for landlords with a handful of properties in their portfolio. The Commercial bundle is designed for larger property companies looking to outsource their maintenance.

Yes, anyone with an active bundle subscription can also book any of our other services with an additional 5% discount.

Our teams are available 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Depending on your bundle, we will send you a reminder each year to book in each service.

The Residential plan is designed for a single property. The Landlord plan is designed for up to 5 properties. The Commercial plan is for companies with more than five properties under management.
